The movie is based on Looney Tunes by Warner Bros. Warner Bros. Feature Animation in association with Baltimore, Spring Creek Productions and Goldmann Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Paula Weinstein and Bernie Goldman. Looney Tunes: Back in Action is written by Larry Doyle and directed by Joe Dante. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
