A lazy pickpocket falls in love with a girl who turns out to be spying on him, but she ultimately saves him from a trap set by a rival gang leader, while he also helps his friend pretend to be rich and must steal some jewels with the help of a walking dog toy before the rival gang, and the girl stops spying on him after falling in love.
