The story follows Krishnakumar as he confronts his corrupt family and decides whether to run against them in election or maintain a harmonious relationship. Lion is a 2006 American English-language Action Comedy movie starring Nathan Lane, Ernie Sabella, Matthew Broderick, Moira Kelly, Robert Guillaume, Edward Hibbert and Arun Sathyan. The movie is inspired from The Lion King by Walt Disney Feature Animation. Walt Disney Pictures in association with DisneyToon Studios, DisneyToon Studios Australia, Sparx Animation Studios and Spaff Animation. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) George A. Mendoza. Lion is written by Sibi Thomas and directed by Bradley Raymond. Walt Disney Home Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Lion was released on 31st December 2005 and takes a screen time of 77 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Lion was made on a budget of $12 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $140 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tom Rogers. Editing was done by Joyce Arrastia. The music was composed by Don L. Harper along with John Powell.
