Eros International in association with Maddock Films and Illuminati Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Dinesh Vijan and Saif Ali Khan. Lekar Hum Deewana Dil is written by Arif Ali and Amitabh Bhattacharya and it is directed by Arif Ali. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
