(Korean with English subtitles) Korean s President organizes a nationwide Kimchi Contest. Brother and sister: Jang-eun and Sung-Chan join the competition, both using their mother s recipe. Whoever wins, will decide the fate of their family s restaurant. Written by Anonymous Le Grand Chef 2: Kimchi Battle is a 2010 Korean Korean-language Comedy film starring Kim Jung-eun, Jin Goo, Jin-ki Baek, Jong-won Choi, Ja-hyeon Chu, Kook-jin Han and Ji-hye Wang. The movie is inspired from Sikgaek by Huh Young-man. IROOM Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Lee Seong-hun, Choi Chang-won and Choi Jun-yeong. The movie is directed by Baek Dong-hoon. Lotte Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Le Grand Chef 2: Kimchi Battle was released on 8th April 2010 and takes a screen time of 119 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $2 million.
