Mumbai Film Company in association with Cinemantra Production. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Genelia D Souza, Genelia D souza, Jeetendra Thackeray and Ameya Khopkar. Lai Bhaari is written by Sajid Nadiadwala, Ritesh Shah and Sanjay Pawar and it is directed by Nishikant Kamat. Zee Talkies acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Lai Bhaari was released on 11th July 2014. The Film was successful at box office. Lai Bhaari was made on a budget of ₹8 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹40 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Ritesh Shah. Cinematography was done by Sanjay K. Memane and editing by Aarif Sheikh. The music was composed by Ajay Gogavale along with Atul Gogavale and Ajay Atul.
