Photographer Estevan Oriol and artist Mister Cartoon have authentically showcased the gritty aspects of Chicano culture through Oriols street photography and Mister Cartoons tattoo and graphic design, transcending artistic boundaries and leaving a lasting impact on hip hop and popular culture with their collaborations. LA Originals is a 2020 English-language Documentary Drama movie featuring Estevan Oriol, Mister Cartoon, The Alchemist, Angel, B-real, Angela Baby and Xzibit. Underground Contenidos was the production house involved in the project. LA Originals is written by Brian Maya and Omar Quiroga and it is directed by Estevan Oriol. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. LA Originals was released on 10th April 2020 and takes a screen time of 92 minutes. The music was composed by Eric Bobo Correa.
