Ho Gaya Na.. was Produced by Boney Kapoor. Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.. is written by Milap Zaveri, Rajesh Soni, Tushar Hiranandani, Vivek Oberoi and Samir Karnik and it is directed by Samir Karnik. Ravi Prabhakar acquired the distribution rights for the film. Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.. was released on 13th August 2004 and takes a screen time of 172 mins. Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.. was made on a budget of ₹10 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹7 crore. Cinematography was done by Sudeep Chatterjee and editing by Sanjib Datta. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Ehsaan Noorani along with Loy Mendonsa, Shankar Mahadevan and Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
