A group of notorious villains convene on an island fortress to participate in a competition of evil against Mr. Magoo and his nephew, as they face off against intimidating opponents and strive to win on behalf of the anti-evil task force. Kung Fu Magoo is a 2010 English-language Animation movie starring Jim Conroy, Dylan Sprouse, Alyson Stoner, Lloyd Floyd, Chris Parnell, Maile Flanagan and Michael Stanton. The movie is inspired from Mr. Magoo by Millard Kaufman & John Hubley. Classic Media in association with nima Estudios, Santo Domingo Films, Motion Toons and IMCINE. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kevin Gamble, Jose C. Garcia De Letona and John Baker. Kung Fu Magoo is written by Emmy Laybourne, Sam Laybourne, Robert Mittenthal and Rob Sosin and it is directed by Andrés Couturier and Andr S Couturier. Vivendi Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film. Kung Fu Magoo was released on 11th May 2010 and takes a screen time of 79 minutes. Kung Fu Magoo was made on a budget of $2 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Emmy Laybourne and Sam Laybourne.       On the face of it, its a nostalgic trip to cartoon history Magoo first debuted in the late 40s, and the special effects are certainly pre CGI and its a welcome relief from the relentlessness and inanity of current fare. ( Read More )
