A martial arts expert and police self-defense instructor joins forces with Inspector Luk to capture a vicious killer targeting retired martial arts masters. Kung Fu Jungle is a 2015 Cantonese-language Action Thriller movie featuring Donnie Yen, Wang Baoqiang, Charlie Young and Michelle Bai. Emperor Motion Pictures in association with Sun Entertainment Culture, Beijing Silver Moon Productions and Heart & Soul Production. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Albert Lee. The movie is directed by Teddy Chan. Emperor Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Kung Fu Jungle was released on 24th April 2015 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. Kung Fu Jungle was made on a budget of $200 million and at the box office it grossed only $23 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Lau Ho-leung and Mak Tin-sau. Editing was done by Cheung Ka-fai and Derek Hui. The music was composed by Peter Kam.
