A couples once-happy marriage starts to crumble as Indu becomes suspicious of Madhus fidelity, constantly questioning him and creating a rift between them, leaving both emotionally drained and distant, making the future of their relationship uncertain. Kumkumacheppu is a 1996 Indian Malayalam-language Comedy Drama film featuring Shobhana, Manoj K. Jayan, Kpac Lalitha, Jagadish, Shobana, K.p.a.c. Lalitha and Nedumudi Venu. Soorya Cine Arts was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mukesh R. Mehta and R. Mukesh Mehta. Kumkumacheppu is written by A. K. Sajan and A. K. Santhosh and it is directed by Thulasi Das and Thulasidas. Soorya Cine Arts acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Kumkumacheppu was released on 18th February 1996. The screenplay for the movie was written by Vinu Kiriyath, A. K. Sajan and A. K. Santhosh. Cinematography was done by Ramachandra Babu and editing by G. Murali. The music was composed by S. P.
