Company Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) M Sasikumar. Kodiveeran is written by N.r. Raghunathan and M. Muthaiah and it is directed by M. Muthaiya and M. Muthaiah. Company Productions acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Kodiveeran was released on 7th December 2017. Cinematography was done by S. R. Kathir and editing by Venkat Raajen. The music was composed by N. R. Raghunanthan.
