A warrior returns to his birthplace to reconcile with his family but is mistaken for an assassin and imprisoned, and later escapes to deliver justice to everyone who wronged his family, but his brother may be getting ready for a fight. Kochadaiiyaan is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language Animation Action motion picture featuring Rajinikanth, R. Sarathkumar, Deepika Padukone, Shobana, Aadhi Pinisetty, Nassar and Dev Habibullah. Eros International in association with Media One Global Entertainment and Cinemorphic. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sunanda Murali Manohar, Sunil Lulla and Prashita Chaudhary. Kochadaiiyaan is written by K.s. Ravikumar and directed by Soundarya R. Ashwin and Soundarya Rajinikanth. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the film. Kochadaiiyaan was released on 22nd May 2014 and takes a screen time of 124 minutes. Kochadaiiyaan was made on a budget of ₹125 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹42 crore. Cinematography was done by Padmesh and editing by Anthony. The music was composed by Ar Rahman along with A. R. Rahman.
