LJ Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. KL 10 Patthu was released on 18th July 2015. The Film was successful at box office. KL 10 Patthu was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹7 crore. Cinematography was done by Vishnu Narayanan and editing by Manoj. The music was composed by Bijibal.
