A college student becomes friends with a senior student, but tragedy strikes, causing him to change, fall in love with a junior student, and discover a diary that changes his perspective. Kirik Party is a 2016 Indian Kannada-language Comedy Drama film featuring Rakshit Shetty, Rashmika Mandanna, Samyuktha Hegde, Achyuth Kumar, Raghu Pandeshwar, Pramod Shetty and Neetha Muralidhar Rao. Paramvah Studios in association with Pushkar Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) G. S. Guptha and Rakshit Shetty. Kirik Party is written by Rakshit Shetty and The Seven Odds and it is directed by Rishab Shetty. Jayanna Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Kirik Party was released on 30th December 2016 and takes a screen time of 165 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Kirik Party was made on a budget of ₹4 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹50 crore. Cinematography was done by Karm Chawla and editing by Sachin B. Ravi. The music was composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath.
