In ancient China, a young boy dreams of becoming the greatest general of the Qin Kingdom. Kingdom is a 2019 Japanese Japanese-language Action History motion picture featuring Kento Yamazaki, Ryo Yoshizawa, Masami Nagasawa, Kanna Hashimoto, Kanata Hong, Shinnosuke Mitsushima and Takao Osawa. The movie is based on Kingdom by Yasuhisa Hara. Columbia Pictures in association with Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan. were the production houses involved in the project. The movie is directed by Shinsuke Sato. JP TohoNA Funimation acquired the distribution rights for the film. Kingdom was released on 20th June 2019 and takes a screen time of 134 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa, Shinsuke Sato and Yasuhisa Hara. The music was composed by Yutaka Yamada.
