Drama Thriller
A man investigates suicides in his village caused by Khap Panchayat and, after being attacked and dying, his family faces the same inhumane customs. Khap is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language Drama Thriller motion picture featuring Yuvika Chaudhary, Om Puri, Govind Namdev, Rahul Jaiswal, Raj Arjun, Mohnish Bahl and Anuj Sharma. Ananda Film & Telecommunications was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sangita Sinha and Siddhant Sinha. Khap is written by Ashok Lal, Vinod Ranganathan, Ajai Sinha, Ishaan Trivedi and Vijay Verma and it is directed by Ajai Sinha. Khap was released on 29th July 2011 and takes a screen time of 125 minutes. Khap was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹16 lakh. Cinematography was done by Lokesh Bhalla and editing by Sanjay Sankla. The music was composed by Annujj Kappoo.
