Half-breed Keoma returns to his border hometown after service in the Civil War and finds it under the control of Caldwell, an ex-Confederate raider, and his vicious gang of thugs. To make matters worse, Keoma s three half-brothers have joined forces with Caldwell, and make it painfully clear that his return is an unwelcome one. Determined to break Caldwell and his brothers grip on the town, Keoma partners with his father s former ranch hand to exact violent revenge. Written by Ørnås Keoma is a 1976 Italian-language Drama Western movie featuring Franco Nero, William Berger, Olga Karlatos, Woody Strode, Orso Maria Guerrini, Gabriella Giacobbe and Massimo Vanni. Keoma was Produced by Manolo Bolognini. The movie is directed by Enzo G. Castellari. F.A.R. International Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Keoma was released on 25th November 1976 in Italian and English languages and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of 1570 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Mino Roli, Nico Ducci, Luigi Montefiori, Enzo G. Castellari and Joshua Sinclair. Cinematography was done by Aiace Parolin and editing by Gianfranco Amicucci. The music was composed by Guido & Maurizio De Angelis.
