Achary and it is directed by J Sasikumar and J. Sasikumar. Reetha International acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Keni was released on 3rd December 1982. The screenplay for the movie was written by Reetha. Cinematography was done by Melli Irani and editing by M. S. Mani. The music was composed by G. Devarajan.

    • Keni is ostensibly about water scarcity. A small village, Puliyanmalai, in Tamil Nadus Tirunelveli district is in the clutches of a man made drought.
