A hitman becomes guilt-ridden and plans to escape with his girlfriend, but must carry out five targets in 36 hours when she is taken hostage by his boss. Karam is a 2005 Indian Hindi-language Crime Drama movie starring John Abraham, Priyanka Chopra, Bharat Dabholkar, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Shiney Ahuja, Anjan Srivastav and Santosh Shetty. Karam was Produced by Harry Baweja and Pammi Baweja. Karam is written by Suparn Verma and directed by Sanjay F. Gupta and Sanjay Gupta. Baweja Movies acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Karam was released on 11th March 2005 and takes a screen time of 117 minutes. Karam was made on a budget of ₹5 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹4 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Suparn Verma. Cinematography was done by Narendra Khanna and editing by Merzin Tavaria. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Shekhar Ravjiani along with Vishal Dadlani, Vishal Shekhar, Pankaj Awasthi and Amar Mohile.
