A lawyer is faced with a moral dilemma when he discovers that his own mentor, prospective father-in-law, and the judge in a case he is working on is the killer, forcing him to choose between exposing the truth or protecting his relationships and reputation. Kanoon is a 1960 Indian Hindi-language Drama Crime motion picture starring Rajendra Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Rajendra Kumar Tuli, Ashok Kumar Ganguly, Nanda Vinayak, Nana Palsikar and Edwina Lyons. Kanoon was Produced by B.r.chopra. Kanoon is written by Akhtar-ul-iman, C.j. Pavri and C. J. Pavri and it is directed by B.r. Chopra and B. R. Chopra. Kanoon was released on 1st January 1960 and takes a screen time of 139 min. Kanoon was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by M. N. Malhotra and editing by Pran Mehra, Ramlal and Krishnan Sachdeva. The music was composed by Salil Choudhury.
