After suffering from retrograde amnesia and delusions, Gautham searches for a girl, Gayathri, whom he believes to be his lover, with the help of Hema and her friends, until his memories resurface and he becomes a vengeful force seeking revenge for Gayathris mistreatment, only to later discover that she is still alive and ultimately leaves with Hema. Kannukkul Nilavu is written by Am Fazil and Gokula Krishna and it is directed by Am Fazil. Ayngaran International acquired the distribution rights for the film.
