Kannamma

A wealthy medical student named Kannamma falls in love with Anandan, who saved her from an acid attack, but faces various challenges including the tragic death of Anandan, the protectiveness of Anandans friend Madan, suspicions about the paternity of her baby, and the judgment of a village council. Kannamma is a 2005 Indian Tamil-language Drama movie starring Prem Kumar, Bose Venkat and Meena Durairaj. Baba Cine Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) S. S. Baba Vikram. The movie is directed by S. S. Baba Vikram. Baba Cine Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Kannamma was released on 4th February 2005. The screenplay for the movie was written by M. Karunanidhi.
