Kanmadam

A former thug turned cab driver named Vishwanathan helps his sister, Bhanu, and their family out of debt in Kerala, while also reconciling with his own family and reconciling his friendship with his friend Johnny. Kanmadam is a 1998 Indian Malayalam-language Drama motion picture featuring Manju Warrier, Mohanlal Viswanathan, Arun Lal, Mala Aravindan, Sreeja Sandhana Pandian, Siddique and Usharani. Pranavams International was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mohanlal. The film is written and directed by Ambazhathil Karunakaran Lohithadas and A. K. Lohithadas. Pranamam Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Kanmadam was released on 26th January 1998 and takes a screen time of 162 minutes. Cinematography was done by Ramachandra Babu and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Raveendran along with S. P. Venkatesh.
