Raghu seeks revenge on his father, while dealing with the complications of a property dispute, an IT raid, a cheated acquaintance, and a plan to cheat a billionaire, resulting in multiple chases and the quest to recover their valuable belongings. Kalank is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language Drama History motion picture starring Jiiva, Jai, Shiva, Nikki Galrani, Catherine Tresa, Alia Bhatt and Mohammad Salman Khan. Avni Cinemax was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Johar, Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala and Khushbu. Kalank is written by Hussain Dalal, Abhishek Varman, Shibani Bathija and Badri and it is directed by Abhishek Varman and Sundar C. Fox Star Studios acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Kalank was released on 17th April 2019 and takes a screen time of 154 minutes. Kalank was made on a budget of ₹137 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹80 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Venkat Raghavan. Cinematography was done by U. K. Senthil Kumar, B. Balamurugan and Banumurugan and editing by N. B. Srikanth. The music was composed by Pritam Chakraborty along with Hiphop Tamizha.
