An auto driver, Sai Ram, is surprised by his roommate Prataps passive nature during a serious situation, while a former MLA named Janardhan wreaks havoc in the city, and the police search for an experienced officer to stop the crime wave, considering Tiger Pratap and war hero Subhash as potential saviors and attempting to convince Pratap to rejoin the force.
