Jung features Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Aditya Pancholi, Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Jesse Randhawa. The screenplay is written by Abhinav Kashyap and Anurag Kashyap. The music was composed by Anu Malik along with and Bappi Lahiri As A Background Music Score. Cinematography was done by Sameer Arya. The movie has a running time of 147 minutes. It was released on 12th May 2000. Jung was made on a budget of ₹8 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹6 crore. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Digital Entertainment.

Is it a black comedy or a spoof on Tamil gansgter films Vijay Sethupathis big budget film Junga, written and directed by Gokul, tries to follow the middle path and ends up neither here nor there.
