The movie is based on Jory by Milton R. Bass. Jory was Produced by Howard G. Minsky, Leopoldo Silva, Gerald Herman, Jerry Herman and Barry Minsky. The movie is directed by Jorge Fons. AVCO Embassy Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Jory was released on 31st January 1973 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Jory was made on a budget of $60 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $101 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Gerald Herman and Robert Irving.
