Yamalaya Jibanta Manush

Siddheswar and Madhuri face opposition from Madhuris father when they want to marry, resulting in a tragic chain of events that eventually leads Siddheswar to starting a revolution in both Heaven and Hell in order to be reunited with Madhuri. Yamalaya Jibanta Manush is a 1958 Indian Bengali-language Comedy film starring Bhanu Bannerjee, Chhabi Biswas, Tulsi Chakraborty, Ajit Chatterjee, Nripati Chattyopadhyay, Aparna Devi and Nripati Chatterjee. The movie is inspired from Jamalaye Jibanta Manush by Dinabandhu Mitra. Rajkumari Chitramandir was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ananta Singh. The film is written and directed by Prafulla Chakraborty. Yamalaya Jibanta Manush was released on 1st January 1958.
