Ram Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Baija Tom, and Dr. V. Rama Doss. Jism Farosh is written by S. Ramakrishnan and directed by G. N. R. Kumaravelan. Reliance Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Jism Farosh was released on 1st January 2005. Jism Farosh was made on a budget of ₹20 lakh and at the box office it grossed only ₹9 lakh. The screenplay for the movie was written by G. N. R. Kumaravela.
