It is a heart-rending but inspiring story of a nine-year old street-smart girl, Jhalki, in search of her seven-year old brother, Babu, who is suddenly thrown into an inhuman world of child labor with no respite from a terminally gloomy, dark and depressing workplace. Jhalki is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language Drama movie starring Boman Irani, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Divya Dutta, Sanjay Suri, Akhilendra Mishra, Joy Sengupta and Krishnakant Bajpai. Mobius Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Annand Chavan and Brahmanand S Siingh. The movie is directed by Brahmanand S Siingh. Panorama Studios acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Jhalki was released on 14th November 2019. The screenplay for the movie was written by Kamlesh Kunti Singh, Brahmanand S Siingh and Tanvi Jain. Cinematography was done by Rupesh Kumar and editing by Suresh Pai. The music was composed by Sandesh Shandilya.
