Daruvu

A small-time crook named Bullet Raja falls in love with a girl already engaged to a local goon, but when they try to escape, they are attacked and Raja dies, only to find himself in the afterlife and given a chance to live again as a corrupt politician who eventually reforms the system but faces threats and survives a shooting. Daruvu is a 2012 Indian Telugu-language Action Comedy movie featuring Ravi Teja, Taapsee Pannu, Sayaji Shinde, Dasari Brahmam, Raghu Babu, M.s. Narayana and Dayanand Reddy. Sri Venkateswara Entertainments was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Burugupalli Siva Rama Krishna. Daruvu is written by Ramesh Gopi, Anil Ravipudi and Siva and it is directed by Siva. Sri Venkateswara Film Distributors acquired the distribution rights for the film. Daruvu was released on 24th May 2012 and takes a screen time of 155 minutes. Daruvu was made on a budget of ₹2 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Siva and Aadi Narayana. Cinematography was done by Vetri and editing by Gautham Raju. The music was composed by Vijay Antony.
