Jayesh Patel, also known as Jayeshbhai Jordaar, aims to break gender inequality in his village and protect his family, leading to a series of challenges and a realization of the importance of inspiring change within their community. Jayeshbhai Jordaar is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama film starring Ranveer Singh, Shalini Pandey, Ratna Pathak Shah, Boman Irani, Anya Singh, Raaj Vishwakarma and Jugnu Modi Gandhi. Yash Raj Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Aditya Chopra and Maneesh Sharma. Jayeshbhai Jordaar is written by Divyang Thakkar and Anckur Chaudhry and it is directed by Divyang Thakkar. Yash Raj Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Jayeshbhai Jordaar was released on 13th May 2022 and takes a screen time of 124 minutes. Jayeshbhai Jordaar was made on a budget of ₹60 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹23 crore. Cinematography was done by Siddharth Diwan and editing by Namrata Rao. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Shekhar Ravjiani along with Vishal Dadlani, Sanchit Balhara, Ankit Balhara and Vishal Shekhar.
