Veera Combines was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Pappu Verma and B. P. Verma. Jaan Ki Baazi is written by Ajay Kashyap and Anwar Khan and it is directed by Ajay Kashyap. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the film. Jaan Ki Baazi was released on 25th October 1985. Cinematography was done by V. Durgaprasad. The music was composed by National Award winner Anu Malik.
