A painter gets into an argument with his wife after she destroys his painting, he is later arrested as the prime suspect in her murder but escapes and seeks refuge at another womans house, where they bond and he accuses her of killing her husband, only to discover that the true killer was his wifes sister. Ittefaq is a 1969 Indian Hindi-language Crime Mystery film featuring Rajesh Khanna, Nanda Vinayak, Sujit Kumar, Bindu Desai, Madan Puri, Gajanan Jagirdar and Alka. Ittefaq was Produced by B. R. Chopra. Ittefaq is written by Akhtar-ul-iman and G.r. Kamath and it is directed by Yash Chopra. Ittefaq was released on 4th October 1969 and takes a screen time of 105. Ittefaq was made on a budget of ₹29 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹27 crore. Cinematography was done by K.G. The music was composed by Salil Choudhury along with Salil Chowdhury.
