Ishtakamya

A compassionate young doctor named Aakarsh stays in a village to help underprivileged patients at his late grandfathers nursing home, where he meets a lively woman named Acchari and falls in love with her, but his estranged wife Aditi returns, forcing him to choose between his marriage and his new love and find his true path.
