EO, a donkey, goes through a series of disillusioning experiences after the circus shuts down, witnessing the freedom of horses, feeling depressed on a farm, being attacked at a bar, fighting against animal cruelty in a fur factory, escaping with a kind priest, but ultimately ending up at a slaughterhouse, resulting in a bleak conclusion. IO is a 2019 Polish-language Adventure Drama film featuring Sandra Drzymalska, Lorenzo Zurzolo, Mateusz Ko Ciukiewicz, Isabelle Huppert, Margaret Qualley, Anthony Mackie and Teagan Johnson. IO was Produced by Jason Michael Berman, Jerzy Skolimowski and Ewa Piaskowska. IO is written by Jerzy Skolimowski and Ewa Piaskowska and it is directed by Jerzy Skolimowski. IO was released on 18th January 2019 and takes a screen time of 88 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $2 million. Cinematography was done by Micha Dymek and editing by Agnieszka Gli ska. The music was composed by Pawe Mykietyn.
