A wealthy lawyer remarries a widow with a son, but when he forces her to choose between him and her own son, her son decides to leave and seek revenge, leading to the mother being accused of murder and sentenced to prison, where she gives birth to another son who grows up hating his father and seeks vengeance, only to discover that someone else is actually responsible for the crimes.
