A hapless store clerk must foil criminals to save the life of the man who, miniaturized in a secret experiment, was accidentally injected into him. Innerspace is a 1987 American English-language Action Adventure movie featuring Dennis Quaid, Martin Short, Meg Ryan, Kevin Mccarthy, Fiona Lewis, Vernon Wells and James Vandervort. Amblin Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Michael Finnell. Innerspace is written by Chip Proser and Jeffrey Boam and it is directed by Joe Dante. Warner Bros. acquired the distribution rights for the film. Innerspace was released on 1st July 1987 and takes a screen time of 120 minutes. Innerspace was made on a budget of $27 million and at the box office it grossed only $25 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Jeffrey Boam and Chip Proser. Cinematography was done by Andrew Laszlo and editing by Kent Beyda. The music was composed by Jerry Goldsmith. At the 1988 Oscar Awards It won an award for Best Effects, Visual Effects.
