In a fictional constituency, Nograj, a corrupt corporator, manipulates public sentiment and resort to dirty tricks in a bid to take down JFK, an MLA, while an honest NRI candidate, Arun Patil, focuses on positive campaigning and refuses to engage in unethical practices, even when faced with controversies and fraud.
