Tragedy of a 8 year old girl coping with a gruesome rape damaging her internally and affecting emotionally tries to overcome all obstacles that are about to happen in her life aftermath of the incident with a good support from her family and those around her. Written by anonymous Hope is a 2013 Korean Korean-language Crime Drama film featuring Sol Kyung-gu, Uhm Ji-won, Lee Re, Kyoung-gu Sul, Ji-won Uhm, Hae-suk Kim and Jin-sung Yang. Hope was Produced by Byun Bong-hyun, Seong Chang-yeon and Kim Yong-dae. Hope is written by Jo Joong-hoon and Kim Ji-hye and it is directed by Lee Joon-ik. Lotte Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Hope was released on 2nd October 2013 and takes a screen time of 122 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $17 million. Cinematography was done by Kim Tae-gyeong and editing by Kim Sang-bum and Kim Jae-bum. The music was composed by Bang Jun-seok.
