A middle-aged man confesses to a gruesome murder to a stranger he invites to his bird hide, leading to a dangerous altercation and ultimately revealing the unexpected nature of human relationships. Hide is a 2008 American English-language Action Crime film featuring Robert De Niro, Dakota Fanning, Famke Janssen, Elisabeth Shue, Amy Irving, Dylan Baker and Pablo Padilla. Josephson Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Barry Josephson. Hide is written by Ari Schlossberg and directed by John Polson. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Hide was released on 17th December 2008 and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Hide was made on a budget of $25 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $127 million. Cinematography was done by Dariusz Wolski and editing by Jeffrey Ford. The music was composed by John Ottman.
