The movie tells the story of two best friends, Sonu and Titu, whose friendship is tested when Titu falls in love with Sweety and Sonu tries to break them up. Heropanti is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language Action Romance film starring Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon, Prakash Raj, Parth Akerkar, Anuradha Chandan, Karan Chhabra and Naeem Khan. The movie is based on Parugu by Bhaskar. Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sajid Nadiadwala. Heropanti is written by Sanjeev Dutta and directed by Sabbir Khan. UTV Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Heropanti was released on 22nd May 2014 and takes a screen time of 146 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Heropanti was made on a budget of ₹25 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹50 crore. Cinematography was done by Hari K. Vedantam and editing by Manan Sagar. The music was composed by Manj Musik along with Wajid Ali, Sajid Wajid, Mustafa Zahid and Sandeep Shirodkar.
