Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sajid Nadiadwala. Heropanti 2 is written by Rajat Arora and Sajid Nadiadwala and it is directed by Ahmed Khan. AA Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Heropanti 2 was released on 29th April 2022 and takes a screen time of 142 minutes. Heropanti 2 was made on a budget of ₹70 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹35 crore.
