The movie depicts a conflict between a father who wishes his son to join the police force and a mother who wants him to become a movie star, with the son falling in love with a girl who is also in the police force. Hero is a 2008 Indian Telugu-language Romance Comedy motion picture featuring Ramya Krishna, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam, Nagendra Babu, Ali, Babu Mohan and Narsing Yadav. Hero was Produced by Manyam Ramesh. Hero is written by Gopimohan and Ram Prasad and it is directed by Manyam Ramesh and G. V. Sudhakar Naidu. Hero was released on 24th October 2008 and takes a screen time of 146 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by G. V. Sudhakar Naidu. Cinematography was done by C. Ramprasad and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. The music was composed by Mani Sharma.
