A headhunter with a double life as a thief gets involved in a complex conspiracy involving a stolen painting, an affair, and a potential CEO candidate, leading to murder and his own fake death. Headhunters is a 2011 Norwegian-language Action Crime film starring Aksel Hennie, Synn Ve Macody Lund, Nikolaj Coster-waldau, Eivind Sander, Julie Lgaard, Synnøve Macody Lund and Kyrre Mosleth. The movie is based on Hodejegerne by Jo Nesb. Friland Film in association with Yellow Bird. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Marianne Gray and Asle Vatn. The movie is directed by Morten Tyldum. Nordisk Film acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Headhunters was released on 26th August 2011 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Headhunters was made on a budget of $3 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $15 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Lars Gudmestad and Ulf Ryberg.
