Hatyara

After witnessing a brutal rape and murder, Professor Kajals disabled husband, Advocate Mahendra, takes up the case in court with her testimony against the powerful gangster Singhanias brother, facing pressure and retaliation but eventually getting help from Mahendras estranged younger brother to avenge Kajals death and protect their baby. Hatyara is a 1998 American Hindi-language Action motion picture starring Mithun Chakraborty, Suman Ranganathan, Swathi, Rami Reddy, Mukesh Rishi, Anil Dhawan and Swati. Makewell Films International was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mahendra Dhariwal, and Shisupal Singh. Hatyara is written by Dilip Sen, Sameer Sen, T. L. V. Prasad and Mahendra Dhariwal and it is directed by T.l.v. Prasad and T. L. V. Prasad. Warner Bros. Television Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Hatyara was released on 20th May 1998 and takes a screen time of 135 min. Hatyara was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by Navakant, and Ramakrishna and editing by Shyam Mukherjee. The music was composed by Dilip Sen along with Sameer Sen and Dilip Sen-sameer Sen.
