Amongst the desperation and fear growing in a crime-ridden estate in northern England, one man becomes involved in. saving what little decency and community life exists. TallTree Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kirsty Bell, Robbie Elliott, Paul R. Rogers, Stephen Tompkinson and Mary Woods. Harrigan is written by Arthur Mckenzie and directed by Vince Woods. High Fliers Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
