The story follows a group of former British Hong Kong soldiers who separate paths after their military unit disbands, with one soldier convincing another to invest in the stock market which leads to financial loss, suicide, blame, and eventually joining the triads, where they become involved in dangerous situations, ultimately resulting in sacrifice, repayment, and saving another persons life.
