Haddi

A transgender woman named Haddi joins a gang of transpeople in Delhi, but her motivations and true intentions behind this decision remain ambiguous throughout the film, raising questions about whether she seeks a better life, revenge, acceptance, empowerment, or driven by past grievances, ultimately highlighting the challenges faced by transgender individuals and their strength and unity. Haddi is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language Crime Drama film featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Anurag Kashyap, Ila Arun, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Resh Lamba, Vipin Sharma and Saurabh Sachdev. Zee Studios was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Zee Studios, Radhika Nanda and Sanjay Saha. Haddi is written by Adamya Bhalla and Akshat Ajay Sharma and it is directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma. ZEE5 acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Haddi was released on 7th September 2023. Cinematography was done by Piyush Puty and Jay Oza and editing by Tanya Chhabria. The music was composed by Rohan-rohan.
